"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer...

"The hotel itself was lovely, all the ataff were healpful and friendly. Our room was gorgeous, spacious with plenty of room to put away clothes - which never happens these days! The bed was so comfy. One tiny thing is that the room was quite dim - even with all the lights on, but honestly, that could be my age!! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and they catered very well for my partner who is a celiac. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel decor was lovely, the bar and bar staff were great with a good variety of drinks and a good atmosphere. I only marked the staff/service down because it took reception a while to find our booking and they didn't apologise for the error. But other than that it was a lovely stay and everything was excellent. "
