"Clean room. Courteous bellhop and housekeeping. Wished there was a microwave in the room; but we did have a hot water kettle, refrigerator and instant coffee, tea bags and cups. The shower stall had a plastic mat on the shower floor. I brought shower slippers to use. Otherwise, room and linen very clean. "

"The room was tiny, the best part was the high water pressure of the shower. Room service was good, and cleaners were helpful and courteous. The check-in staffs were helpful and friendly, prepared and ready to help. The washing facilities were good for long term visitors. It would be great if the hotel bus service can be extended before 10am and beyond 6pm. The two lifts could be a constrain as it could be slow during high peak hours. Overall, I had little complaint. "

"The whole hotel was a pleasant experience. Smells clean everywhere. Accommodating staffs- acknowledged our request for 2 adjacent rooms since we are traveling with family. On site restaurants are fabulous🙏"
