The rooms were good, for the price point they were fantastic. The location was amazing, it was so close to the MTR that was easy to find, as well located near a mall thats great for shopping.

The location is convenient, and the hotel is clean. However, the soundproofing in the hotel rooms is very poor; you can hear people talking or laughing in the next room. Also, all the room doors close very loudly by themselves, sometimes waking guests up in the middle of the night with a loud bang.

The staff are phenomenal! The front desk were very accommodating to our needs. The only problem I had which could even be a nitpick would be that the room was too dry. We all woke up with dry throat and dry eyes. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Also no bidet.
