"The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!"

"This is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable and centrally located in Edinburgh. Unfortunately there were some of the previous guests things left under the bed which is why we have marked the cleanliness down. Otherwise we loved the apartment. "

"Nice hotel that offers the amenities of an airbnb. Staff was very friendly. Good location, with a lot of restaurant options right outside the hotel and we were able to walk pretty much anywhere in 15 minutes. We were in a studio, which fit our needs perfectly, which still offers a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The windows do not open up very much, so its hard to get good airflow. "The Market Street Hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to the Royal Mile, the Castle and all the hot spots. The staff was wonderful and the room comfortable. We love our stay!!!"

"Friendly staff, very nice place and location."

"Very nice hotel. Fantastic location, nice rooms. We selected a room with two double beds, and for some reason or another there was an issue with the room. They upgraded us to a deluxe suite with one king bed, and offered a rollaway bed for the second. I was worried initially that my partner wouldn’t find the rollaway suitable(I snore so he needs to be able to get away from me if it’s too bad) but it ended up being just fine. And the room itself was very nice and spacious with a fabulous balcony....
