"Our family of four travelled to Munich during December. We had randomly chosen the hotel through expedia as it was close to the Christmas markets and the train station and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children nicely. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful with anything we needed. We really enjoyed the welcome drink voucher on our arrival. The room was right accross the main hotel lobby, it was clean and cleverly laid out and we had complimentary coffee...

"Great staff, amazing location so close to Marienplatz, Christmas market, and Hofbrauhaus. Room was clean with a nice bathroom. We upgraded and got a sofa sitting space and it was very comfortable and roomy. Hotel was decorated very charmingly and the breakfast buffet was great!"

"Modern industrial style hotel. Clean and warm during winter time. Although not sure if it will be as good during hot summer day as I can't see any air conditioning, only heater. Service were great, friendly and helpful. Another great things about this hotel is their fair policy if you decided to not to ask for room service for cleaning it gave you a choice between wines, beer or others. "Our room was clean, but we didn’t have hot water for a couple of days which was remedied as quickly as was possible. The manager approved a partial refund because of the hot water issue. Every one of the staff members was friendly and extremely helpful. One item that should be looked at is the floor of the shower, as it is very slippery. Very nice hotel that is really convenient to the Main Train Station, shopping & dining. Would definitely recommend for short term stays."
