"We stayed in 3 Intergate hotels during our stay in Japan. They are all clean, friendly, well situated and dependable. On top of that they all have a happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks between 5-7pm which is a nice touch "

"I was in a mixed dormitory and everything was nice and clean. They kept the general area cooler which is nice since it gets hot inside the bed/capsule but they also provide fans if you request one. I never had to wait to use the bathroom or one of the showers. There is laundry and vending machines in the building but no change machine so just keep that in mind. "Wonderful hotel close to attractions. Room was clean and laundry was convenient. Great shower pressure. There is a great restaurant on the ground floor and a nice rooftop bar. Only complaint is that they limit you on how low you can set the temperature in the room (limit is 22 degrees Celsius) so room felt a bit warm. "

"Such a great hotel! It’s super walkable to everything and the area has a great variety of dining options and shopping. The hotel staff couldn’t be nicer and they were really helpful and friendly! The restaurant was excellent - a great variety of Western and Japanese breakfast items. I’m so glad they had Hiroshima speciality foods as I wanted to try them since my husband doesn’t eat seafood! All in all a great hotel stay. I also loved the pajama nightshirt they gave! "

"Highly recommended! First of all, I was really impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. Japanese people are always kind, but at this hotel, I felt they went beyond my expectations. The front desk ladies were always smiling, polite, and respectful. Another good thing to mention is that the hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from Hiroshima Station, and surprisingly, it isn’t noisy."
