"This was an excellent stay! As a lifelong Southerner accustomed to Southern hospitality, I was still kinda surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every person we interacted with was gracious and kind. The happy hour free drinks were great with lots of options, and breakfast was ample and fresh. The location couldn't be better for events at the Arena or Convention Center, which are directly across the street (with good pedestrian access). Our room and bathroom were super clean. We will definitely be back!"

"The room was clean but worn. There was a tear in the carpet and the fridge and coffee pot were all unplugged. You had to pull out the dresser to get anything reconnected. "
