"We were traveling through Charleston with 1 day for sight-seeing. It's about a 20 minute drive from the downtown historic area but it was perfect for us. The room was spotless, bed comfortable, staff very helpful and responsive to our questions. We would stay here again for certain."

"Our time at Middleton Inn was wonderful. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff accommodated our every need. The grounds were pristine and a quiet haven for our vacation. We ate lunch at the Middleton Restaurant and even though it was a bit pricy and portions small our meal was delicious. Our time at Middleton Inn and gardens was very enjoyable and we highly recommend the Inn for your vacation."

"The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We were able to check in early which was great. Our toilet stopped flushing around 11:00 pm and we were moved to another room immediately. The front desk brought up our key within 15 minutes and we quickly moved one room over. I was impressed with how quickly the night clerk made a decision and found a solution. "Booked two rooms, one room the AC was blowing water out, plus the temperature never went down. Went to the front desk, told us they are full, not able to even give discount since it’s a third party booking. It’s cheap for a reason….."

"I can’t give a five star because they took coffee makers out of the rooms, and if you get to breakfast after 9am, you’re not going to have the full menu. Otherwise it’s what you would expect out of the Holiday Inn express but I like my coffee in my room."

"The staff was very friendly, it was easy to check in. They even asked if I had a floor preference. There was ample free parking and the hotel was conveniently located to the airport. The room was spacious and clean."

"Would rate property 3 star. It's showing it's age: room was clean and AC worked great but carpet was used as well as the furniture. Needs an upgrade. Shower was hot (very important) but water pressure weak (not as important). Carlos at the restaurant was awesome and helpful as was front desk staff."

"I love how you can cook in your hotel room. It’s also so cool and the first time I’ve been to a place where you can borrow board games, or stuff like a rice cooker at the front desk. The beds were soft and the staff was very nice."
