"There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property. "

"A perfectly fine hotel for the price. Has some nice quirks and style which make it much more interesting than a mediocre chain hotel with better amenities. The location is pretty perfect for foot travel across the city. The breakfast is nice. The staff is lovely. The rooms are tiny. The shower is tiiiiiny. I would still return happily!!"

"Our experience at Cocoon Hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we got there at 1:00 PM, there were more than 15 people waiting in the lobby, which is quite small. None of the staff even bothered to greet guests or provide any information. A simple acknowledgment or update about the possibility of early check-in would have gone a long way. "Very nice members of the staff in reception, bar and restaurant in particular John in the morning breakfast time, and extremely helpful. The room was amazing well decorated and the free beer and water are full marks. The shower was great and powerful. Something negative to say? A very long blonde hair in the pillow, not nice to find it but what can you do!?"

"Very disappointed with this Schwan Locke in Munich. We had stayed at the Edinburgh and had enjoyed our stay so we booked the Munich location. Right at the beginning we ran into issues. Poor signage for registration has you going from the main door on the right to the door on the left that has a registration sign with a small arrow referring you back to the other door.
