"There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property. "

"The NH couldn’t be closure to the central station so very easy to get around and only a 15/20 minute walk to Marienplatz. Despite the hotel being next to the tram tracks/station area the room was very quiet, comfortable and easy to relax. Everywhere was clean and the staff friendly/professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!"

"Our experience at Cocoon Hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we got there at 1:00 PM, there were more than 15 people waiting in the lobby, which is quite small. None of the staff even bothered to greet guests or provide any information. A simple acknowledgment or update about the possibility of early check-in would have gone a long way.
