Cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10 and our room was perfect with heated floors, automatic window shades, giant bed and very quiet. Dining at the restaurant inside the hotel is a MUST!! "We visited for Oktoberfest and found this to be a great location. We walked to and from Oktoberfest. There many many shops and food spots within walking distance. The staff was great and we loved the hotel. "

"What can I say this hotel was outstanding!!! The best part was the manager Kai. my husband and I were having challenges fining out where to buy train tickets. If you can believe he took the time to walk with end to the main train station and showed us step by step what to do. We cannot thank him enough. Truly his amazing customer detective made our trip. Also, the cleanliness and the rest of the staff were great too. When going to Munich make sure to stay at the Ruby Rosi!!!"
