Good place to book for a lengthy stay

Everything was great, aside from some minor disrepair on a wall and the bedroom air conditioning would automatically shut off if you turned it to low fan even if the temperature was set to cool. Minor things overall so our trip was still a very good one and the staff was great!

The staff at Homewood Suites Novi was welcoming and helpful all week. We stayed for 6 nights, used the gym daily and took advantage of the hot tub. The breakfast was fresh every morning and coffee available all day. My wife and I had to work from the hotel most days and it was quite all day while we were focusing. We were visiting family and it was everything we needed to be close but have our own comfortable space.

Nice property! Comfy bed and pillows. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable and the linens could use a refresh. When we requested more towels we were given the small pool towels. Breakfast was average. We typically stay at Homewood suites bc the food is usually good and they offer an evening snack/happy hour. This location did not offer that so we were bummed. Overall the hotel was pretty good. Safe. Close to food and shopping.

Stayed there before. Convenient area near Restaurants and shops. I stayed the from Saturday to Sunday. There was a birthday party on the same floor that was going on into late night. Even calling the front desk twice did not end the noise. It was ok during the week.

Staff informed us upon arrival that they did not offer a AAA discount which we later found to be untrue. Upon our arrival to the room the shower gel was out, trash had not been pulled from previous stay, and we found previous tenants socks under the bed, 4 of them in fact. Staff was generally nice, but did seem to know how to apply discounts. The manager we checked out with was very helpful and friendly.

Huge room, saltwater pool and hot tub, and delicious free breakfast! We definitely will be coming back. Huge shout out to the front desk staff! I had ordered door dash but they forgot to include ketchup and mustard for my son's burger. The front desk staff was able to find some in the kitchen so I didn't have to run out to walmart. I really appreciated it!
