"Lovely kyren Wilson suite, wasn’t expecting a balcony with sunbeds, massive bed, spacious room, shower a bit over complicated for a hotel room, heating played up overnight but fixed in the morning, nice towels, coffee machine ok, modern bathroom lovely and bright, main room well maintained even though old, one usb socket didn’t work under telly
Breakfast fine, enough selection for us
Grounds look lovely, path around pond/lake could do with some summer TLC

"Nice location but the actual hotel need updating. They have slapped some paint around but it needs a proper refit. Also the beds are very hard"

"Kind staff and nice food and drink. Especially the £15.95 deal for pizza and drink. Room was decent but it could do with some better facilities as windows didn't open, no wardrobe and towels kept falling off the metal ball. Sink was also easily blocked due to drainage issues"

"Very good attention to detail. Spotless room, very friendly staff and especially the young lad bar tender - he was excellent. The food was the highlight for us - we had the giant fishcake, pate and a burger. It was by far the best restaurant experience we've had locally. Highly recommended!"
