"Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. "I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit daunting, but the staff here made everything so easy and comfortable from the moment I arrived. "We have stay 4 times at this hotel during the summer - it gets quite busy and all the swimming pools are crowded, but overall we had a great time. There just one lady at the check in that definitely needs some training on customer service. Not very polite. "
