My experience after the stay was disappointing.
I accidentally left my belonging in the room and arranged for a courier afterwards to deliver it. However, despite both parties confirmed the item in advance with a photo, the item they sent was different. I asked them to resend the item, but all subsequent messages were ignored. It seems my valuables will never be returned.
It's sad as there were no issues with the room or service during my stay. I have always trusted Crowne Plaza brand given quality anywhere in the world, but I will not choose them again unfortunately.
