"Hotel was easy to communicate with and check in and check out were efficient. Most front desk staff were very attentive and polite with one exception. Cleaning staff were wonderful and accomodaring. Just outside my wondow was a jackhammer that started at 7 AM and went all day. That, however is not the hotel's fault and hopefully that will be over soon. "

Technology is sadly not close to what today’s hotels should offer to guests, but I am totally satisfied with elegant furniture, plenty power outlets that are wisely located, and quality shower/bathroom. I will certainly consider this property once again in future."

"I do not often d reviews but this shock I received, I need to alert. The apartment has not been cleaned 4 days while they promised to clean every days, no bed sheet change which is not coton but elastics, curtains are not functional. never go there again. the staff doen' speak English are not of good help."

"Room was dirty, kitchen was triable, bathroom is not at all clean water are standing like that only bath towal was not there after one day I got towal after reminder. It's not worth to pay, out of 5 I will give "0". Kindly don't recommend any one."

"gpood value for dollar but almost impossible to get in and out of the place by taxi which is only transport in Riyadh neighborhood is beat, ghetto but safe ghetto, for a a business travler tough due to traffic "

"I couldn't even make it through the night at this terrible hotel! The reception was awful, the room was filthy, the pool was dirty and full of dirt, and there was a terrible smell in the hallways. To top it all off, the alarm bell went off at 6 in the morning and no one apologized or even bothered to explain what was going on! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The unit was spacious and we loved it! There was always someone at the front desk with excellent customer service and English skills. Moreover it was an enjoyable stay further enhanced by the comfort we received at these furnished apartment. The location was also excellent. Will be back "

"The room space was considerably large (Front desk upgraded my room as a kind gesture). Property is not that attractive but definitely with such thoughtful members, business is lucky to have them around. I hope I recall the name correctly but it was something close to Soliman! "

"The room was not ready on time and we had to wait for a long time before our check-in. The furniture is old, the hotel is average at best and doesn’t deserve a 4 star rating."

"It was amazing, with a free upgrading.. Parking is free with a very narrow entrance.. Many thankd to Mr. Mohammad in the receptionist.. he made the staying much wonderful and comfortable "
