"I stayed at namu garden in June 2025 and had a lovely experience. My bungalow and the property were immaculately clean and well cared for. The private plunge pool was cleaned daily by the staff, removing particles from all the tropical plants and insects that might have gathered during the night. The property is conveniently located near two grocery stores and a fruit stand so you can easily grab snacks and refreshments for your room. "I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The pool was well-maintained and a nice spot to unwind. A special shoutout to Maria at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and sweet, and made check-in a breeze. Great customer service like that really makes a difference. "The staff were wonderful to is- Thanks to Leo, Laura, Oscar, Denise, Diana, and many more! Massage with Michelle was also great and so reasonable. The property has a guard that is there in the evening and helped us get on our way with fresh fruit and banana bread the kitchen prepared for us for our early departure at 5 am! "My family had an exceptional stay at the Conga Hotel. Everything from the location of the hotel (pretty central in Puerto Viejo) to the modern, clean rooms, and amazing breakfast! But above everything was the personal attention given by the staff. Valentina and Guillermo especially made sure that we enjoyed our stay. They were so helpful and friendly. "Everything about this property is wonderful. We cannot say enough about the hotel staff! Literally, EVERYTHING was great. We highly recommend this place. Take the little plane to the Limon airport and just have them set up your transportation. They'll have someone waiting for you. We had zero problems. Everything went as smooth as possible because of the Awa staff! We will return to the Caribbean coast of Punta Cana and most definitely stay at the Awa Beach Hotel again! I'd give them 10 stars...

"Beautiful resort style hotel in the middle of the jungle, yet close enough to restaurants in town and the beach. It has its own private parking lot. Lobby is very nice and sheltered from the rain.
