"Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon. I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event. I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10....

"This was my 5th time staying at Enjoy Pucón, and overall I still had a great experience. Not everything was perfect this time around. I was given a rear-facing room instead of a lake-view room, which was a bit disappointing. Also, when I asked for ice, I was surprised that they charged to bring it up to the room. Small things like that can hurt the hotel’s reputation. The spa facilities are okay. I spent two days there and paid over $150 for additional massages. Unfortunately, both sessions...

"The check in was confusing, and they wanted to make a new reservation when they couldn’t find my email. BUT we insisted that we won’t pay again. A little unhappy about that experience but everything else - the breakfast, the sauna, the room, the view was amazing. "

"Staff is very supportive. The breakfast is organized by shifts. The rooms were clean, with new towels every day. There's free parking and the hotel is close to downtown, just few minutes walk. Very nice experience "

"This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica.It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine."

"Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town.
