"The staff were always professional and helpful. Hotel is situated in a very convenient location which is walkable to Plaza de Armas and other places. Breakfast spread was limited but decent. I felt shortchanged with only a day of bottled water provided despite me staying for 6 nights. The water pressure & temperature were inconsistent too. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We got a private room with our own bath and it was lovely. The staff was very friendly and the hotel held on to our bags for us while we trekked Machu Picchu. The food in the hotel was delicious, we stayed here before and after our trek and after we just wanted room service, which was served hot, delicious, and fresh. We loved the community feel and the location is really hard to beat. Overall - we would love to stay here again. "

"Absolutely the worst hotel in all of Cusco. Do NOT book here under any circumstances. If you don't get mugged in the dark and dirty streets outside the hotel, the staff will make sure they take every opportunity to stiff you on your bill. "A gorgeous boutique hotel, with the most accommodating staff and host. Manuel was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I stayed before and after doing a 4 day Inca Trail hike, and my luggage was securely stored and placed in my room upon my return. Breakfast was excellent. Very central to Plaza de Armas without being noisy. Perfect place to stay in Cusco. Highly recommend."

Perfect Home away from Home in Cusco
"I absolutely loved the Novotel Cusco! The staff was super friendly, and very helpful. The Novotel is located in the perfect location, quick ride to and from the airport, and a short walk to the main square in Cusco, tons of shopping & dining. Rooms were spacious, quiet, very clean, with extras like a mini bar for purchase. The lobby has a wonderful ambiance with tons of natural light, and the included breakfast was amazing. Most importantly, I felt safe here traveling as a solo female. "
