"This is an amazing hotel only a 10 minute walk from Plaza Centro. The staff is super friendly and accommodating but the rooms are first class!!! "Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"Staff were amazing. Breakfast was always fresh and tasted great, I looked forward to it everyday. They packed us a bagged breakfast when having to leave early in the morning. Laundry facility near by for reasonable price that dilivered to the hotel. Cars could get to the hotel, but buses for excursions had to pick up just down the hill. Overall good location and would recommend to anyone staying in Cusco."

It’s only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Plaza los Armas, and we were in a nice quiet part of town where we can get a full night sleep while leaving the window open the breakfast. It was really delicious and the omelette station was so fun to wake up to every morning. The staff is so nice and helps with anything that you will need. We did laundry at the hotel too, and they brought it back beautifully folded and smelling great "
