"Communications before our stay were excellent. A very warm welcome awaited us us in a cold wet day. Check in was an easy process and everything was explained thoroughly. A really interesting hotel in a very historic building. Room was spacious and clean with an enormous bed. Good facilities in the room with a well stocked mini bar. "The hotel is lovely and a great location for anyone visitng Warwick Castle. The room was clean as was the hotel itself. Staff were always around and very polite. Some of the meals in the restaurant was overpriced but I guess that's standard these days, would visit again."

"This was the most beautiful place o have ever stayed. The staff was always helpful. Which was nice because we came in from the US. they even sent up room service upon request the first night as we had gotten in late and not eaten. The ham sandwich is so good! Tapas plate was wonderful and the garden restaurant was absolutely to die for. A ln experience I will never forget. "

"Lovely hotel, room was nice a size and had everything you needed in it. The food was amazing and the staff were lovely. There was a small issue with our bill at check out but that was resolved quickly and easily which was great! Would stay again and recommend to others. "

"Beautiful grounds, historic buildings and a well appointed and equipped spa helped us enjoy a luxurious and relaxing mini break. The full vegetarian breakfast was delicious and really well cooked - a nice bonus to have this included for a minimal extra charge. Tracy at breakfast and Gino in the evening were stand out members of staff but everyone we encountered was as helpful and friendly. Beth & Damon on reception gave us a warm welcome. "
