"In April I booked our room for October, asking for a bathtub. The hotel confirmed that they would provide it as I booked so much in advance. When we arrived we got a room with a shower so I asked for a change, showing the confirmation I received. The receptionist did what he could but I was told that the hotel was fully booked therefore the change would be possible only from the following day.
