"Buon boutique hotel, situato nella cittadella storica di Khiva. La camera era confortevole e pulita e i gestori molto gentili. Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario di check-in e ci hanno offerto qualcosa da bere. Le cose che non mi sono piaciute sono la colazione, sia per varietà che qualità (alcune cose forse erano preparate la mattina presto e non erano più molto buone quando le ho mangiate), e il fatto che lo scarico della vasca/doccia fosse totalmente otturato. In generale comunque ci tornerei."

The staff was also very kind & helpful, though clearly inexperienced with dealing with online reservations so the check-in process did take a bit of time. Also the room wasn't the cleanest.
