"Absolutely loved the staff!! They were amazing. Understandably, we went at a very busy time, so we were unable to check in early; they were very busy and very strict on check-in time. But we were able to eat lunch on the property by the pool while waiting for our room to be ready. Which their options on food was very good. The lunch and dinner menu was average though - it just lacked flavour however the staff exceeded and fixed those issues. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. "The pool is very refreshing, the staff are nice and the a/c in the rooms are efficient. However... Despite boasting of having free and reliable wifi - it was not reliable and did not work from our room for the entire trip. We also had to request for our room to be cleaned and came back to no replacement towels, mats or wash cloths. The sheets are also very thin so walk with warm clothes or put the a/c temp. higher. It also gots $3 PER ITEM to do laundry so keep that in mind as well."

"The view and setting was great, and the beer and chips reasonably priced. The room was a concrete cell, with a lot of midges which were harmless. No free WiFi. Plumbing challenges mean mystery water splashes on the deck after upstairs flushes. On-property attractions like the river pools un-signposted so hard to find. No shampoo. Not terrible, but poor at the price point."
