"Very beautiful and relaxing stay"

"Dozens of cockroaches in hotel book in room. Room keeping average. Sheets had small piles. One pool operating for a busy resort felt small. Food and waiting staff at restaurant great. FiaFia night great although when they say there is kava to try afterwards, there isn't. Overall, okay. Wouldn't stay here again for what we paid for the adults only villa."

"We only stayed one night and unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to utilise the water activities. We thought our room was lovely with its cosy deck and overlooking the beach. We loved the seating areas set up for sunny weather and had the most delicious dinner with accompanying drinks. The owners and staff were very friendly, down to earth people who made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this magic spot as it was a great location to also access the Giant Clams and Coastal lava cliff...

"It needs a re vamp. Re paint areas. Tidy up little things in the room. The desk was run down. The staff had to be asked to clean or tidy areas. For example coffee cups sat on small table next to pool chairs for 2 days. Also they need to get rid of the cats. It’s only gonna get worse. Cats jumping up on tables when you finish eating."

"On arrival I paid for our accommodation and was charged in Samoan Tala my booking was in NZD. When I checked my bank account the next day I found I had been charged substantially more than the amount confirmed in my booking. I raised the issue with reception and was told they would investigate. After receiving no response to a follow up email to reservations I eventually contacted the General Manager who resolved the issue promptly. "Please deep clean or Renovate each Villa one by one. Too many bugs. Food was good. Please take care of bugs and the floors walking around with holes in it. Separate the shower and toilet so customers aren’t showering next to the toilet bowl. Amazing place and very affordable!"

"the only good thing about the place is that it was on the beach , the breakfast was okay only. the rest of the place was the pits , run down , dirty, inadequate, not maintained. if i had seen the place before i paid the high price for it, i would not have booked in or stayed their. EXPEDIA have got a lot to answer for."

"The resort does seem to be the most up market in the area but it has a long way to go before it rates as well as a 5 star resort at say, Fiji. The rooms are nice but are not regularly deep cleaned. Washing machine and shower frames all dirty. The beds are terrible, I asked for a new mattress but it was no better. They are noisy with any movement, you can feel the springs and they are very firm. The shower head holder in my room was broken, reported it and maintenance replaced the head but left...

"Was an easy place to stay. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were excellent at all times. Good eating places in easy walking distance. Breakfast was always something different on each day and had a Samoan flavour which was a nice touch."

"Well located with a nice pool. The room was spacious, comfortable and the outdoor shower and bathroom were nice. We didn't experience the restaurant as there were private functions on the evenings we stayed but we found some great places to eat near by with recommendations from the staff and friends of ours. Very convenient for the Robert Louis Stevenson house and for adventures over the hill to the south coast, whilst also only 5mins drive from Apia town center. Parking at the hotel was easy...
