The rooms are spacious and the hotel must be commended as some of there have been upgraded.i have always stayed at Insel for these reasons of safety and the service is good. The service is very good as well.

The staff are truly amazing and friendly, and I greatly appreciate their warm hospitality. The only concern I have is with the beds in the room. Currently, there are two double-sized beds, which are suitable for two adults. However, for three adults, it would be more comfortable to have one double bed and one king-size bed. This arrangement would provide enough space for everyone to rest comfortably. Aside from that, everything else was excellent—including the delicious and healthy breakfast. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I am very satisfied. This is my fifth time staying at this hotel, and despite this minor issue, everything else was perfect. Thank you very much, and I plan to stay here again when I visit Samoa in the future.

The Insel is a clean basic and friendly hotel close to town. The staff are lovely and very helpful especially Patricia at reception. The breakfast is basic but fresh. The laundry ladies are also very helpful. Negative - paying for wifi. Will stay here again.

Excellent customer service by all. I stayed 5 nights here with my 80 & 84 year parents. The staff were very accommodating to their needs and treated them with the utmost respect. They were loving, caring and professional always greeting you with a smile. Front house staff right through to the back house, kitchen, cleaners were a joy to deal with. We highly recommend Insel to those visiting Samoa it will be your home away from home with Island feels.

We had our friends stay here as we no longer needed the reservation but they said they’d stay was good. Can’t comment on anything else’s, they only slept there and didn’t use the amenities. Convenient and close to the city and plenty of parking available. Reception ladies were lovely and very welcoming.

Big rooms, table n chairs, comfy beds, powerful hot shower. Pool was good. 2 mins walk to an awesome pizza restaurant. ( recommend ) Kitchen had stove but needed dishwash liquid, t towels, pots. Tea and milk would've been good. Stairs to our room. Good balcony. Good air con and fan. All n all a comfortable stay for our last night in Samoa.
