"The facility and accommodations were excellent. Listening to the waves break on the shore, at breakfast and nighttime was extremely therapeutic and I would recommend the resort to anyone. I must mention, though, that upon check in I was offered a lower rate room than what I had paid for and had to pay extra for the upgrade. "I needed a beachfront accommodation as I have a walking disability as mom passed. The place is difficult to find and far away from the beach. Also, few people know about this place so we drove around and around. We ended up at the Tropquist who graciously made room for me. This is the second visit to The Tropquist in Tobago. One needs to have a car to access J&g APARTMENTS. iT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PERSONS WANTING A BEACHFRONT ACCOMODATION!"

"The only thing positive about this resort is the staff. They advertised that they had multiple different shuttle services available but when we got there it was taxi service that we had to pay out of our pocket. The smell of the property was terrible due to the Sea Weed. The main pool was closed. I am very disappointed and will not ever choose this resort in the future."
