Upon my arrival to the hotel I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who took my bags and showed me to the check in area. I couldn’t help but notice that other guests upon arrival were greeted with a welcome drink but my guest and I were not. The room we were initially given had a strong odor as though it was recently painted. I must say that upon calling the front desk I was provided with a new room however the odor was also present in that room. The furniture was dated be the beds had visible rust on the legs. The room just seem to be that of a cheap motel rather than a hotel especially an internationally branded one. They held a “free NYE Party” which was open to the public. The party was not well planned and I waited over an hour to get two drinks. The stay overall was not a pleasant one but I chose to make the most of it. I must say though Giselle was very accommodating and the other members of staff were friendly. Radison should really look into upgrading their facility because they have a wonderful staff and if they’re provided with a great facility combined with their friendly customer service can turn things around
