Cari Hotel di Town of Yates

"The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great."

"We arrived later in the evening, and I do want to say that the gentleman working the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating throughout the situation. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was very concerning. The exterior doors were left unsecured, allowing anyone to enter the building. The parking lot was littered with trash, and it appeared that someone was living near one of the entrances at the bottom of the stairwell. The entire building also smelled strongly of...

"It was loud near the front desk with employees talking loudly late at night"

"My sister and I like this LaQuinta because it’s clean and it’s halfway through our trip, so we use it both ways. The breakfast is satisfactory. I was disappointed to hear that my favorite staff member, Lisa, had her hours cut. She is such a pleasant desk person. It is nice to have staff that speak English well. The others I have to listen VERY hard to understand what they are saying. Both on the phone and at the desk."

"Nice staying 👌"

"Clean and quiet"

"We did not stay over. We drove in and took one look around and left. Unfortunately, this is a very scary place not meant for a family. I knew it was an inexpensive motel when we reserved (absolutely nothing else in the area was available) however, what we saw was shocking. The man working the desk was nice enough to process a refund as we weren't there 5 minutes. Didn't make it to the rooms. Drove another 45 minutes out of town to get to another hotel."

"Great"

"Quiet and comfortable"

"Stayed 4 nights and did not have my room cleaned once. I even asked for extra wash cloths and said I made my bed just exchange towels. When I got back that evening nothing was done had to go get clean towels to take shower."

"Hotel was very clean. Staff was absolutely fabulous. Breakfast not great. But everything else was top notch. We would stay there again."

"We were greeted and helped by very friendly man and woman upon check in. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a really good buffet breakfast for a hotel!"

"The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

"Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out."

"This quaint inn was in a wonderful location, the staff was very helpful and the room was spacious and beautiful."
