Cari Hotel di Town of Wheeler

"Older property that has had some updates done. Staff was excellent and the room was clean. Loved that it is dog friendly as well as reasonably priced."

"Excellent stay, super clean and friendly!"

"The staff was wonderful and super friendly, but I would not recommend staying here. It was all pretty run down. We were given a double room despite reserving a queen, but it was very late and only one night so I let it go. There was no smoke detector in our room, just dangling wires where it should have been. The door did not have a safety latch so I pushed a chair in front of it. The hairdryer was cracked and the towels were too small for your body. The “breakfast” was almost non existent and...

"I I was there for business"

"A reasonably priced accommodation with pleasant staff, nice complementary breakfast all that you would want as you travel. Probably the only annoying thing is the incessant begging for reviews, such as this one."

"The breakfast wasn’t that good"

"Friendly staff and decent rooms. Some of the towels should be taken out of the rotation."

"Clean room, quiet, great staff"

"My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was more than anticipated and everyone working at the hotel was pleasant and helpful."

"All went well let me check in early. Everything was clean. Good booking all around"

"The room smelled bad of old smoke, like this was a former smoking room converted to non smoking. Ceiling was full of Cobb webbs, the A/Unit had not been cleaned in a long time. Mold all over the bathroom Ceiling, towels badly stained and very warn. For nearly $200 on a weekend was very disappointed. I did not sleep at all due the strong odor of smoke. I have managed hotels from 2 star to 4 stars. This hotel needs help with some basic room maintenance and par stock. You should do a deep clean...

"I came to Corning for the wineglass marathon and literally this hotel was the only place I could find close enough to the finish line that accommodated a one night stay in such short notice booking. Doug and Sheila were the most helpful with several situations including helping me call around for a taxi so get me to the expo to pick up my marathon bib. They were so patient, gave suggestions for things I was asking/looking for like breakfast before the marathon; chatted with me about my...

"Perfect location to get up and down the lake and walking distance to a nice little village"

"I only stayed 2 nights but wish it was longer. I was meeting family in the area for a winery tour and got to the inn around 9:30. Kim came out to greet me and I asked her if I could leave my car there as my daughter was picking me up. She was very accommodating and even gave me a tour and history of the inn while I was waiting. I also spoke to Gary, Kim's husband, and he was a wealth of information about the various wineries in the area and all the different types of wine produced in the region....

"Overall excellent. The only two ways to improve are: 1) Provide hangers for closets; 2) Provide more details on where to park in the Welcome Binder. Street parking signage added to our confusion. We wound up getting a parking ticket for Alternate Street Parking" (whatever that means). Other than these items, the unit was clean, quiet, and in a great location."
