"Good"

"We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is still excellent. The parking is free and they even have an ev charger for our electric car! Breakfast is included and it is a very hearty meal. The only negative is the coffee and creamer. I didn’t care for it. The room is a nice size and has some nice amenities- mirrors, shelving for toiletries, a desk, microwave, fridge, and plenty of outlets!"

"I had a lovely stay at your hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Very scenic area. I have no complaints."

"Smell cigarettes. No soap in the shower."

"Bathroom light over the mirror didn’t work. There was no plastic liner in the shower just the decorative fabric curtain so the bathroom floor was drenched. They provided a plastic container for the ice without tongs but it was placed in the bathroom of all places. The closet door was broken. Curtains in the room were dirty and stained. The carpet in the room could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. The vending machines in the facility did not work and there were no water fountains to be found....

"The staff are friendly. The beds are clean and comfortable, but I can smell mildew in the bathroom. The breakfast could be better."

"The hotel was very clean, everything felt new and well maintained, and the room was comfortable. My only concern was the location, as the hotel is directly next to a gas station, which personally made me feel a little uncomfortable, especially at night. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay."

"Hotel was comfortable and slept well. But the room was not cleaned as garbage from previous customer was not cleared and the towels were not changed before we checked in. We checked in a bit late around 7:00pm and still the room was not cleaned in proper way. Although the staff removed the garbage immediately when I informed them but the towels were pretty dirty and I saw that after my shower next day morning. Bit disappointed about hotel’s cleanliness."

"Breakfast was exceptional, knowledge about the house and the area,complete with recommendations of things to do and places to visit/dine were very helpful. We had everything we needed,and we enjoyed our conversations with Gary & Kim..."Rex" was a pleasant & well behaved host as well! We definitely encourage a stay at "The Black Sheep Inn"!"

"Overall excellent. The only two ways to improve are: 1) Provide hangers for closets; 2) Provide more details on where to park in the Welcome Binder. Street parking signage added to our confusion. We wound up getting a parking ticket for Alternate Street Parking" (whatever that means). Other than these items, the unit was clean, quiet, and in a great location."
