"It was ok in general - nothing outstanding or unacceptable. However, there were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. 1. Steps leading to the west parking area are dangerously uneven, particularly the bottom step. The stairs have sunk relative to the parking lot curb. 2. The elevator door is noisy (needs fixing) and at times did not open when called to the second floor even though the elevator had come to that floor. Had to push the call button again. Finally, there is no elevator...

"This hotel was a very nice surprise! The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The establishment was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable beds. I was just stopping in for a night but I wish it would have been a longer stay!"

"The picture posted were not accurate. There was no heat or internet. We finally got a mobile heater and TV service our last evening there. United was not cleaned or serviced during our stay"
