Cari Hotel di Town of Southeast

"We were looking for a place to stay to attend a morning event in Richfield CT. Since it was just a night stay, we didn't want to get an expensive hotel, but we wanted to be no more 10-12 miles away. We found Heidi's Inn in Brewster on Expedia. And we're so glad we did. The place was built in the 50s, and it is charming and well kept. It has a quiet and peaceful garden. And a beautiful little eating place with an old fashioned fireplace. Great room with parking and a private entrance....

"The toilet was not working properly."

"Very spacious room, bathroom a bit thight though. Looked oké, but the bathroom fan (I think was old) made a noise like a helicopter and the carpet was full of stains. There was an altercation beneath our window and the police was called in. I stay over 90 days a year in hotels and absolutely never stayed in a place where something like this happened."

"Everything was perfect—the room, the service, the restaurant, the spa; everything was perfect. An unforgettable experience."

"The keys were not always working not a big deal. Kinda upset my daughter. The elevator wasn't working. Then only person working at check out Sunday morning was not the best idea. Room was clean staff was great."

"The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious! Would highly recommend."

"I thought the room was kind of gloomy. The walls were painted very dark gray and dark blue. Also I had a concern about the hair dryer in the bathroom hanging on the wall right above the sink. This can't be up to Connecticut electrical code!"

"Although the property gives off Motel Vibes upon arrival, our room was delightful. It was a Junior Suite with a couch and 2 chairs plus a coffee table in the sitting area along with a Queen Size bed. The jacuzzi tub was a great addition to the large bathroom. Very clean and great for a weekend stay especially if you’re not going to spend much time at the property."

"The front desk had minuscule apples. Yuck. The breakfast muffin was $6 which is highway robbery."

"Prwpwery was better than described"

"Unfortunately, at 12:15 AM a large group on our floor returned and we're very loud and disrupted our stay"

"The floors were sticky, there were flies in the room, the mini fridge was leaking water, most of the lights didn't turn on in the room, the toilet seat was loose."

"Great place!"
