Cari Hotel di Town of New Scotland

"Hotel was overrun with guests and not enough parking. I had to park in the street for 2 nights!!!"

"Really good stay!"

"The location was great, the staff very helpful, polite, professional, breakfast your usual expected continental, warmed, clean environment, the mattresses are not firm and supportive are aged not totally saggy yet aged"

"The staff was very helpful."

"Pros: Close enough to UAlbany campus to walk. The property was nice, looked well maintained . The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good , no free buffet but a good buffet. The menu items were good but somewhat overpriced. Cons: the bed is way too high. You have to be about 6’ tall to get into it. The toilet is child height like nursery school height. The bath vanity again too tall great if 7’ tall. Otherwise, a great stay."

"The airport shuttle was so convenient. This property is less than a mile from the airport. Don’t try to walk though. No sidewalk. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious. Make your own pancakes. Juice. All day coffee and hot cocoa. The room was quiet. Well laid out. There was even a vent fan in the bathroom. Something most hotels omit. I was able to get extra towels and a pillow on request. The pool was indoors. Spotless and warm. A nice treat on a chilly fall day. I travelled with two...

"We've been traveling for about a week now and this is by far the cleanest hotel we've stayed at. Easy to find, clean and roomy. We even stayed an extra night because it was so clean and welcoming."

"One elevator down @ check in, 2nd one died the next day, had to take the stairs, not a big deal for me but lots of commotion in lobby @ 6am. Room was musty, I think carpet was the cause. Room key did not work on exterior door. Clerk @ check in was nice and fast and informative. Place needs attention as the bathroom had hairs in the ceiling and bathtub floor was soft and uneven, never had one of those cheap tubs in a Hilton."

"It is fair for the price, No breakfast, no coffee in the room, no napkins, no fan, no iron, no soap. I did not see anybody to help."

"awesome all the way around."

"There were smoking marks and ashes on the bed sheets and shower curtains for a non smoking room! Our room smelled like smoke and the AC was loud. We left no tips. The bed were not properly cleaned and there were lint and dirt all over the one bed. We wanted to let the staff at the door know so we don’t get dinged on our deposit but when we left, there was no staff at the front desk."
