The air conditioning was not working, and there was no hair dryer in the room. Around two o’clock in the morning, I woke up sweating because the room was extremely hot. I called the front desk because I could not sleep in a room with no working air conditioning. Instead of fixing the problem properly, they offered to move me to a downgraded room...

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the parking was convenient. What I liked most was that the property was quiet and relaxing. One thing I didn’t like was that the key had to be changed often. Sometimes I would come back from walking or going out, and the door would not open, so I had to return to the front desk again. That was a little frustrating. Overall, it was still a good stay."
