"Inns of Aurora is simply amazing. The property is well-maintained, charming, and the staff are dedicated to remembering the “little things” that make a stay special. The spa is remarkable - the services we enjoyed were of supera caliber (as compared to other high end spas we have visited). My only feedback on the spa is that some visitors there seemed to not understand proper spa etiquette and wanted to film for their social media. This needs to be squashed to preserve a restful environment...

"Small but very beautiful & upscale experience. Spa was wonderful. Pricey but very nice. Everything was high quality & it was a great experience even in the winter. Loved the French /Monet theme. Even the furniture was detailed that way. Very clean & staff very accommodating. "

"Room was clean but bathroom sink wouldn't drain because stopper was broken, toilet was not secured to floor properly so it wobbled when you sat down, bathroom sink was so small that water went everywhere when you turned the faucet on. Won't go back."

"We did not need air conditioning during our winter stay but the heater worked fine. The room was clean and tidy."

"We reserved a king bed with a hot tub in the room but we didn’t get that. The bathroom and walls were stained and gross. The pictures of the website didn’t look anything like the actual hotel. I was really disappointed. "
