"I never like to put down a place that's "trying". This location is on the water and very close to all activities (downtown) so that's a plus. The office was very responsive to needs/problems ... and friendly. Price was a bit high to us, but maybe not for this location. The unit (attached cabin) was NOT spectacular. Lots could be improved. If you have the money ... stay elsewhere. If not, this is a good base for seaway cruises, etc."

"We checked into our updated room a little before 3 pm. I had pre-paid with Expedia so they confirmed my ID, requested a credit card for incidentals, and showed us a map of where our room was. The room had high ceilings which made it seem larger. However, there weren't any drawers to use to put our clothes in. The bathroom is split enclosed (shower-toilet) and open sink area. "An excellent place to rest and recover after a long day. Signing in was quick and easy as well as signing out. A small breakfast corner was well equipped and maintained. Staff were pleasant and accommodating."
