"It was conveniently located to walk to keybank center. We parked across the street for $22-ish for 24 hours. The front desk staff was very helpful and the property was very nice. The room, specifically the bathroom, didn’t seem super clean. The hand towels had hairs on them and a washcloth had something blue on it. That made me wonder if everything else was as clean as it could be. There were also no usb outlets which now seem standard in hotel rooms…so I was unprepared to charge my Apple Watch. Overall it was a nice stay, but maybe not for the high price."

"Staff were horrible. Many of the customer were waiting due to overbooking. The staff there a lady and man, turned off the light and left without speaking to any of us. They were very nasty to one of the of the customers, and left."

"Clean room Good Breakfast If you use Flix bus and come to Buffalo Airport they will pick you at the hotel pickup sign.Just call the hotel when you’re ready to be picked up. Staff is great very helpful."
