"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in its own grounds within easy reach of the city centre. The grounds are stunning and the buildings are very well maintained yet preserving the atmosphere of the chateau. The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, whilst parking is a luxury for hotels in the city, the parking garage is best suited for cars not much bigger than a Fiat 500. It’s very tight but once you get parked, the car is safe. "Second stay here. 2 nights on the way from Calais to Perigord. Lovely rooms, food and drink. Not cheap but worth it. AC very welcome especially for our ageing Labrador! Pool really good. Not much to do in the village but plenty nearby."

"Lobby and hotel restaurant was nice and maintained, wish my room looked the same. Floors were covered with paint and grime, walls were chipping paint, carpet on stairwell appeared like it had never been vacuumed. The mattress has long passed its expiration date. There was a permanent, deep crater in the center that made sleep impossible. Left a day early because I couldn’t stay another night in that hotel."
