Motorcycle Friendly Hotel in Tour.

I had to make an unexpected stop on my way to catch a ferry. I booked my stay through Hotels.com The whole booking and checking in experience was seemless. The Hotel was in a lovely quite area and the staff where super helpful/friendly. The Hotel is Motorcycle friendly.

Nice Hotel,if they had air-conditioning room it would been nice. Unfortunately due to the hot weather it was hot. The hotel receptionist Rafella was extremely good. She helped us providing fan to our rooms and very courteous. Thank you Rafella, keep up your good work.

Great service, okay facility

The room was okay, not very well appointed, but cleam and well maintained. I really appreciated having a fan, it made the warm weather confortable. The pool was out of service during our stay, which was disappointing as it was the reason we booked this location, but the staff was very apologetic. Breakfast was okay, a bit overpriced for what was available, but we only ate one day and it was quite picked over.

The tramway providing easy transportation to the city was an unexpected benefit to our stay. The hotel was a little hard to find from the direction from which we were coming, due to lack of signage. We made a suggestion to the receptionist to add a sign on that side of the entrance way. The receptionist made a note of it and promised to forward it to management.

The breakfast was a little bit sparse. But if traveling with car, very convenient and then the tram stop is right by the hotel for a15 min ride into town.

Hôtel bien situé. Parking pratique. Une petite rénovation (surtout salle de bain) ne ferait pas de mal... Literie très confortable. Avons eu la chance d'avoir un vrai lit double, Merci. Seul bémol : sur Expedia comme sur le site officiel aucune information ne précise que la chambre standard est côté rue et la chambre supérieure côté parc. Nous l'avons malheureusement appris à l'arrivée sinon pas sûr que nous aurions choisi cet hôtel.

Le menu du petit-déjeuner était frais et varié. Par contre la douche était cassée et difficile de se laver après 700 kms. Les portes étaient endommagées en bas de porte et les joints de carrelage étaient noirs parfois ou jaunes de saletés incrustées.

Hotel qui mériterait un rafraîchissement et une propreté à revoir cependant la piscine est agréable et le personnel sympathique donc bon rapport qualité/prix pour une nuit. Les lits étaient confortables ce qui a permis une nuit reposante pour reprendre la route le lendemain.
