"Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays."

Some of the staff - especially house keeping were unresponsive/slow and if something was requested in the room, took too long, and once we requested towels at the swimming pool which were never delivered even after following up. "The whole staff greeted me as I arrived to the hotel. My room wan not clean, so they immediately gave me a another room. It is right in front of the beach. The breakfast is fresh and the restaurant food was fresh to order and very delicious. It is a little out from the city but well worth the drive for the cost compared to other resorts in Mwanza."
