"Friendly no-fuss check-in. Handy screen to book a taxi. The room was fabulous and we had the best nights sleep after attending our friends party. Breakfast was fabulous with helpful smiling staff. Wish every hotel was like this"

"Room was very dirty. Pillows had stains on them. The carpet had stains and the walls were peeling and had stains. The silicon around the sink and shower was dirty and had mildew. Dead flies on the window sills. Drawer inside the bathroom was laying on the floor. Rising damp on the bathroom ceiling and the bathroom fan was dusty. Grotty room overall. Breakfast was nice and the staff were nice and friendly."

"Ideal situation for both the town and the theatre. Pleasant friendly staff who were efficient, particularly the breakfast staff.
