"I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment.
