"Relaxing lovely stay at the Princess Heights Hotel. We were family on vacation for 1 week. Loved the price that made the trip so affordable. renting a car was super easy and island has a main road that was easy to drive all around. The hotel is up on a mountain area with beautiful views. the room was so spacious. great ac. housekeeping was great. fresh croissants and coffee for breakfast on the balcony was a wonderful start to the day. very relaxing quiet area of st maarten. the staff is so nice and easily reachable by watsapp texting. wifi was great. beds were king size and clean and comfy. the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we needed. there's a pool we didn't get to use it but looked nice. gated area and parking by the building. there was a market for quick coffee and bite and groceries down the hill by car. overall great stay. highly recommend. Thanks Princess Heights! will be back again soon!!"

"We got an ocean view room with an awesome view of the sunset. The room, the pool, the beach were all exceptional. We will stay again. The only downfall we encountered was the beach bar for breakfast. Service was very slow even though there were many employees. It took almost an hour for the food to arrive after we ordered. This happened to everyone there that morning. I informed the hotel and they promised to look into it. Just a minor hiccup in a wonderful stay"

"I recently stayed at this resort to celebrate my birthday, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The location is absolutely perfect shopping, dining, and nightlife are all right outside the hotel, with even more fun spots just five minutes away by cab. Whether you’re into exploring the area or just want everything within walking distance, this place delivers. The hotel itself was clean, family-friendly, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Carlos, the bartender he was amazing and really helped make my birthday weekend extra special with great drinks and even better hospitality! The only downside was the mattress it was a bit too firm for our liking and left both my husband and me with some back pain. However, I really appreciated how the hotel handled it. They were quick to bring us a mattress topper, which helped a lot and showed that they genuinely care about guest comfort. All in all, I would absolutely stay at this resort again. The service, location, and atmosphere made for a memorable trip!"

"Book it! Came for 5 days (Wed-Sun) with my fiancé, we had a great time! Property, service, amenities, room and restaurants/ food were excellent! This resort is on the adults only side is a lot more quiet, relaxed and classy. If you are looking for something more lively with entertainment on the property, maybe look elsewhere. The events they had during the evening were pretty lame and didn't draw much of a crowd at all. It was fine though because we just wanted to eat, relax, and enjoy the weather. Check out We Lounge right outside the resort if you are looking for some nightlife. Very close and safe. It doesn't get lively until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. We booked a day pass at Kalatua which is a upscale restaurant that has access to beach chairs/ cabanas that you can rent for $50-70 for the day (12pm - 5:30pm). Comes with 2 chairs and umbrella. It was so relaxing and beach (Mullet Beach) was amazing and so was the food, service and vibe. It’s a MUST DO if you visit the island. It was really nice to change it up for a day and have some different food and hangout at a beautiful beach. Nothing but great things to say about the resort and experience we had. 10/10. Last thing, airport is super close! I booked a ride both ways using Nexus Tours it was $20 each way and takes about 4-7min. If you are looking to have an enjoyable vacation filled with great views, beautiful beaches, great food and service. Look nowhere else!"
