"I was unfortunately in an incredibly warm room (in part due to weather, but also the orientation which meant it got the full evening sun and no breeze) - this was room 104. The room was a decent size and reasonably clean, but given the weather, which is it being made up with a duvet and no sheet underneath (between that and the bed). The bathroom had cracked floor tiles which were very uneven with sharp edges and there was toothpaste marks splashed all over the wall by the sink, which means...

"Worst hotel experience ever. The wifi doesnt work properly. There's no signal so you cant use your data. The staff dont clean your rooms. There elevator is broken. There is no AC. The hotel serves no food. Sometimes there is no parking. The room is dirty. I saw spiders hiding in the room. Worst experience ever. I will not be coming here again and I do not reccomend it to anybody. Its not worth the price."

"We booked last minute to stay local for our son’s football event, and we had such a wonderful stay that we are already looking to come back. The local area is beautiful, especially Ironbridge. "Great location for the international arena, hotel was well maintained and clean although the room was a bit cold and the hot water in the bath/shower was scalding or freezing and the hand basin didn’t get hot. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was great, I would recommend."

"Nice, spacious room, fully equipped and lovely walk-in shower. Free parking with plenty of spaces. No restaurant for evening meals but the HI next door offers dining for International guests. Breakfast lived up to it's promise as complimentary "continental" but it also had a very limited hot buffet which ran out of eggs and took over ten minutes to replenish."
