"Hotel is clean and modern with the bonus if an on demand shuttle to Disney. Unfortunately the breakfast items were not hot and barely warm. They need a better hit plate or microwave to heat your breakfast."

"Definitely a 'mid' hotel. Good enough for an overnight airpirt stay. Our room had a terrible odour coming from the bathroom. We couldnt open the window because the handle was broken off. Last resort for air was the thermostat to run the fan, and that didnt work either. Probably some centralized master control to that.
Breakfast was 'meh'. The staff didnt really do a good job at keeping up with supply, cleaning tables off or the food area.
Again, overnight as airport stay. Thankful for...

"This is our second time at the hotel and we’ve recommended it to others. The location and the shuttle bus are really convenient. Rooms are a decent size with good amenieties.
But if you’re booking soon be aware that the pool is out of action and there is a lot of refurb work happening. I didn’t know this and certainly don’t feel it was reflected in the price.
Some of the staff are lovely, but the breakfast team can be quite rude!
Book it for the location rather than the service! "

"Excellent petit déjeuner avec du choix. Accueil courtois.
Le Spa est agréable, nous avons eu peu de monde ( heureusement qu'il y a des créneaux car le hammam et le sauna sont petits) mais la piscine est trop fraîche pour rester longtemps à mon goût.
Nous avions malheureusement pas eu d'eau chaude le soir, après réclamation elle est revenue mais de nouveau rien le matin, pour un 4 étoiles ce n'est pas normal. Dans la salle de bains il manque de la crème pour le corps..., j'ai connu des hotels 3*...

"It was poor right from the start. Room is basic and in a poor state, I wouldn’t say it was 4* at all. Mould round the rim of the bath and cleanliness was far from what it should have been.
Breakfast was basic again and lacking in taste and variety.
I was most upset about our last night. My little boy took a shower to be covered in dirty water. We went to explain to reception to be told it’s fine and just to run the water a little. The bath was covered in grim and dirt and no offer to clean it...
