"I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The staff was friendly, help fans very attentive. The hotel
was located around other restaurants and a mall across the street. There was ample parking in the garage, and unlike in the US, free of charge. I definitely will be back and when in San Salvador will stay at this hotel."

"Terrible service from Hilton. I've stayed at the Hilton many times and the quality of service has gone down drastically. In December I paid for 2 queen beds. When I got there they gave me a room with one queen and one twin size. I didn't get reimbursed for the different room we got. April, I had the same situation happen. They recieved payment for a room with 2 queen size beds, and they did not provide the room we paid . They stated it was because they overbooked, what a coincidence the same...

"The resort was beautiful but I was expecting a nicer room. The resort was 5 star but room was 3 star at best. Great food, safe area, convenient and the pool was clean and clear. "

"As always is great stay at the Sheraton Presidente- great location , tons of food choices and bars near by. However I feel that is time to renovate the in-house bar and their dinner menu is not as varied as I would liked but the personnel is the best from the valet , cleaning ladies, waitresses and front desk and that is why I continue to comeback!"

"First and foremost, this property is managed by the Hilton. There is NO physical entrance to the Plaza Hotel. You must check-in at the Hilton's front desk to access Plaza Hotel tower.
The rooms are spacious and clean, but the NO sofa bed in the living room, only two full size beds in the bedroom.
The breakfast is delicious! Made-to-omelets and pupusas, yes PUPUSAS! But, be careful. Breakfast is served 7am to 11am and the full cost is $24/person. If you prepay when checking in, breakfast is...
