Terrible service from Hilton. I've stayed at the Hilton many times and the quality of service has gone down drastically. In December I paid for 2 queen beds. When I got there they gave me a room with one queen and one twin size. I didn't get reimbursed for the different room we got. April, I had the same situation happen. They recieved payment for a room with 2 queen size beds, and they did not provide the room we paid . They stated it was because they overbooked, what a coincidence the same thing happened 4 months apart. During our first night in April they gave us a room with 1 queen size bed and in the middle of the night they woke us up to put in an old twin size bed. The next day they moved us to a different room but with 2 full size beds. Again, they received payment for a room with 2 queen size beds but failed to provide what was paid for, and refused to reimburse us. We didn't ask for a full refund, we only asked to get a price reduction as we paid for bigger beds not full or twin sizes. They refused and stated that the manager wasn't available. The overall quality and customer service has been horrible for the past year. I will never be staying here ever again. 5 star hotel? More like 1 star hotel.
