"Staff were incredible so this review is not on them. There has not been enough investment in amenities and systems in this resort. While we were there we had no working tv the entire time, our bathtub did not work, and we were not able to make reservations for restaurants until we arrived. This meant that we were not able to get reservations for several of the nights we were there. When we went to leave the resort we were told that in order to call an uber we would need to pay a taxi to take us...

"We had an amazing stay at this resort. We stayed for a week which in my opinion is perfect. I found all the food to be amazing, there is something for everyone to eat here. There is options for food almost 24 hours a day at this resort.
All the bars and bartenders were awesome our entire stay. The à la carte restaurants were awesome especially the Italian restaurant.
The room was bigger than expected for a junior suite and was very clean.
