"I just want to give a shot out to Daniel at the pool bar. He went above and beyond with a jugo de parcha for our drinks. Marcelino is the security guard you want patrolling the beach at night. and thank you Charly the lifeguard for looking out for the kids when their parents are getting drinks. I watched him on two occasions move himself from one side of the pool closer to where smaller kids were playing and for pointing out the woodpecker and the pelicans to me. Friendly and informative guys that made our stay great. Bring a $20 down to the beach, in case you come across a vender that is dragging himself along the sand selling his little magnets, good wholesome, hardworking man (but he isn't part of the hotel) Beside the amazing staff, the property is nicely maintained. "

"The food was fantastic, make sure to book your reservations for the on site restaurants or they will book up (not a bad thing). The entertainment and entertainment staff were extraordinary.
